Open baskets lists baskets with something in them: the email if they’ve given one, what’s inside, and when it was Last touched. Along the top are Open baskets, Waiting in them (at today’s prices), Reminders sent and Came back and bought, the last two over 30 days.
All open, Gone quiet and Reminder sent sort them, and you can search by email or name. A basket that reached checkout links to its unpaid order.

In your back office: Open basketsReminders go out on their own once a basket has been quiet for a while, if they’re switched on in Automations. They only go to people who reached checkout and haven’t asked you to stop, and each basket gets one at most. Emails that send themselves has more.
To send one now, press Send reminder now on the basket, then Send it. When a basket can’t have one, it says why, like Didn’t reach checkout, so no permission to email.
