The Activity log is in the menu under Store, for the shop’s owner and admins. The dashboard’s Recent activity shows the latest few.

In your back office: Activity logEach line says what changed, who did it and when, grouped by day. Open goes to the thing that changed, like the product or the order.
Finding a changeLink to Finding a change
In your back office: Activity logThe tabs narrow it to one area, like products or orders. Search what changed finds a word. Pick a person under Everyone, and a time under Any time: today, last 7 days, last 30 days and last 90 days.
Show the details under a change opens exactly what was saved, for when the line alone isn’t enough.
Your team’s changes, and automatic onesLink to Your team’s changes, and automatic ones
Each change shows the name of the person who made it, as they set it in Sign-in and security. Changes nobody made in the back office, like something a buyer did or a job the shop runs by itself, show as The shop (automatic).
If someone from Handsold’s team ever helps in your shop, their changes say so, with their name.
