When something happens in your shop that you might want to act on, it shows under the bell at the top of every page, and in Notifications.

The bell’s number is how many you haven’t read. Press it to see the latest; press one to go straight to it, which also marks it read. Mark all read clears the number, and See all notifications opens the full list. It keeps itself up to date while the page is open.

In your back office: Notifications- Orders: each new order, and an order that came in after the stock ran out.
- Messages: messages from your contact page, questions about your products, requests to cancel an order, and buyers asking to delete their account.
- Reviews: each new review, waiting for you to publish it.
- Stock: when something runs low.
- Money: news about your money once real payments are on, like a payout that’s paused or a chargeback on an order.
An order paid by the demo checkout says so in its notification, so nobody counts it as money in. To get emails as well, choose them in Settings, Emails (press Choose your emails on the notifications page).

Everyone on your team has their own read and unread. When you read a new order, it stays new for your helper until they’ve seen it too.
- The Owner sees everything.
- An Admin sees everything apart from news about the shop’s plan.
- Staff see orders, buyers’ messages, reviews and stock, but nothing about money.
