Your shop lives at its own address, like bramble-and-bee.handsold.co.uk. It’s in your emails and on your packing slips too.

In your back office: Shop details- Step 1: Go to Settings, Shop details and find Your shop’s address.
- Step 2: Press Change the address and type the new one. It checks as you type, and says when one is free.
- Step 3: Press Move my shop.
- Your shop moves to the new address straight away.
- Links to the old address keep working: they take people to the same page at the new one, so cards, posts and old emails are fine. No other shop can take it.
- Buyers signed in to your shop need to sign in again.
Only the shop’s owner can change its address. Changing your shop’s name doesn’t change its address: they’re separate.
Using your own domain, like yourshop.co.uk, isn’t available yet.

Your postal address is something else: it’s under How people reach you on the same page, with your Support email and an optional Phone number, and it shows in your small print and emails.
Write one line per row: house or unit number, street, town and postcode. The law asks shops to show an address buyers could write to. A business address service is fine if you’d rather not show your home, but a PO box isn’t. Who’s selling explains.
