If you already sell on Etsy, you don’t have to add everything again. Etsy lets you download your listings as a file, and your shop can read it. Nothing changes on Etsy, so you can keep selling there too, or run your own shop instead: it’s your choice.

In your back office: Bring from Etsy- Step 1: In Etsy’s Shop Manager, go to Settings, Options, Download Data, then Download CSV.
- Step 2: Here, go to Products and press Bring from Etsy.
- Step 3: Drop the file in, or choose it. It’s usually called EtsyListingsDownload.csv.
- Step 4: Pick what to bring in. Anything you already have with the same name starts unticked.
- Step 5: Leave Put them straight in the shop off to bring them in as drafts you can check first, or switch it on.
- Step 6: Press Bring in, and keep the page open while it works. Photos are copied from Etsy, so it takes a few seconds a listing.
Each listing comes with its title, description, price, quantity, tags, materials and photos. When it’s done, See your drafts or See your products takes you to them.

- Each listing shows its price, stock, photos and any options. Tick all and Untick all save time with a long file.
- Tick Download for printables and other digital things. You add their files afterwards.
- If some prices in the file aren’t in your shop’s currency, it says so. They come across as the same numbers, so check them before they go on sale.
- Put them straight in the shop puts them on sale at once. Listings with options always come in as drafts, so you can set each one’s stock, and so does anything posted whose photos don’t come across.

Each listing says how it went: Draft ready or In the shop, with anything left to do, like add its photos or set stock for each option.
- Check each product, especially prices and stock.
- Add weights if your delivery prices go by weight.
- Set up personalisation and made to order, which don’t come across.
- Add the files to anything you ticked as a Download.
This is a copy of your listings at the time you download the file, not a link to Etsy. Later changes on Etsy don’t come across by themselves.
