What you’ve paidLink to What you’ve paid
What you’ve paid lists the last 12 months: the number of Orders, their Sales, the Rate and Handsold’s Fees, after refunds. While card payments aren’t switched on, these are what Handsold would have taken.
Recent feesLink to Recent fees
Recent fees lists your latest paid orders: when each was paid, the Order value, the Rate and Handsold’s fee. A refunded order is marked Refunded, and a refund gives back the share of whatever was refunded.
Plan changesLink to Plan changes
Plan changes lists each move with its date and who made it: someone in your shop, or Handsold’s team. If the shop has never moved, it says which plan you’ve been on since it opened.
Monthly statementsLink to Monthly statements
Statements turns a month into a PDF: your sales, fees, refunds, chargebacks, plan fees and payouts, with your balance at the start and end of the month. Choose the Month and press Download PDF. This month is marked (so far).
Statements start from your first real payment through Mollie, so while your checkout is in demo mode it says Nothing to show yet. Only the shop’s owner can download them, and each download is noted in Activity.
